Safety Regulations When Operating AYG Long Stroke Pumping Unit

(1) Pumping units are strictly forbidden to enter the body when they are in operation. When they need to enter the body due to maintenance and troubleshooting, they must be cut off the energy and shut down. It is strictly forbidden to start the machine when there is someone on the safety table.

(2) It is forbidden to touch or approach the moving parts of the pumping unit, and it is necessary to remove the useless items that affect the production or safety.

(3) It is strictly forbidden to carry out equipment maintenance and inspection, lubricating oil inspection, refueling and adjustment while pumping units are running or not yet stable.

(4) It is strictly forbidden to adjust the electronic control cabinet at will. It is strictly forbidden to adjust the parameters of the pumping units at will.

(5) Cables, electrical components and electrical equipment should be well insulated and properly protected.

(6) Field workers shall be safety protected according to the provisions of labor protection and safety. Safety and protection measures should be strictly implemented when the workers work high above the ground.
