Super-Durable Magnet Technology

The Super‐Durable Magnetic Technology in the AYG Anti Scale Water Treatment Device creates a precise magnetic field, then reduce the surface charge on tiny lime particles, leading them to form much smaller crystals that stay with the water flow rather than depositing as lime scale, and the already existing lime scale will be gradually decomposed and removed.

This device is especially suitable to be installed before the cooling tower, boiler etc., at the water inlet end, to effectively reduce the lime scale in the circulating water system, then improve the heat exchange efficiency, equipment safety and reduce energy consumption.

Usage Instructions

  • General AYG Anti Scale Water Treatment Device can only treat water with temperature less than 100 degree centigrade. If higher water temperature is needed, please specially mention BEFORE purchase, then we advise suitable technology for you.
  • The water rate shall be higher than 2 m/s.
  • The device shall be installed at the water inlet end.
  • The device shall be installed in horizontal or vertical direction and can NOT be inclined, or the anti scale effect will be much weaker.
  • The device can NOT be used in water with visible physical impurities (such as phytoplankton, zooplankter, sand particles, metallic particles etc.), especially NOT applicable for water with visible physical mineral or metallic particles, or the magnetic system of the device will adsorb these particles onto the inner surface of the device to cause device damage or water flow blockage.

Successful Cases

This anti scale water treatment project is for a fortune 500 petroleum company, in oilfield, the safety of water system is very important, especially for the boiler safety.

After installing AYG Anti Scale Water Treatment Device for 3 months, the lime scale in the oilfield boiler is reduced 59%, due to less lime scale in the boiler, the oilfield boiler maintenance time is 16% shorter, and the boiler heat efficiency increases 13%.

This anti scale water treatment project is for a glass manufacturer customer, we installed the AYG Anti Scale Water Treatment Device before the boiler, to remove the lime scale inside boiler.

After 3 months since the device was installed, because of less lime scale in the boiler,  the boiler maintenance time is 10% shorter, and the boiler power consumption is 12% lower.

This project is for a pharma brand customer, the pharma industry has very strict requirement on the water quality, before using our anti scale device, this customer has invested millions of USD to ensure the water purity, but the effect is not satisfied.

After using our anti scale device with less than 10% cost for 3 months, the suspended substance (mg/l) in the water is 60% less,  the water turbidity (NTU) is 51% lower.
