Powerful & Durable Heart
The heart of the long stroke pumping unit is integrated with both variable frequency servo motor and planetary reducer, to get best performance with lowest energy consumption.
The concise and durable industrial design works perfectly with the smart electric control system, to ensure precision and flexible long stroke motion control with different speeds as per customer’s requirement.
Strong Tower Structure
The AYG Long Stroke Pumping Unit is designed with strong tower structure. All the power transmission system, reciprocating motion system and balanced guidance system are designed inside the tower structure. The top of the pumping unit is fully closed, with advantages of environmental protection, safety, beauty and practicability.
A protective cover is designed on the top of the pumping unit, which can be disassembled, to prevent rain, snow, water and sand from entering into the pumping unit.
Smart Control & Safety Protection
- The electric control cabinet is installed at the bottom and behind of the pumping unit. The long stroke pumping unit can be controlled/operated both inside and outside of the cabinet.
- The long stroke pumping unit is with advanced braking devices. it is precision and agile. When the pumping unit is unblocking or out of control of external traction force, the automatic braking system will work at once.
- The stroke limit protection device is installed at top dead center and lower dead center of the guide rail to ensure the safety during operation.
Counterweight Technology
The long stroke pumping unit is designed with gravity balance technology, when the sucker rod moves up and down, the balance weight of counterweight box effectively reduces the traction force to reduce the power consumption of the pumping unit. And the counterweight box contains detachable counterweight blocks, which is convenient for customer to adjust the weight of counterweight box based on the actual working condition.
