Based on continuous improvement of AYG water reuse technology, we help our global customers to reuse the sewage water in Oilfield, Petrochemical, Pharmaceuticals, Chemical etc., by advanced water treatment technologies.

We separate the toxic and harmful substances, heavy metal ions and other impurities from the sewage water, then disinfect and sterilize to help customer get reclaimed water, to realize the recycling of water resources. In addition, all the separated contaminant will be professionally treated as per related environment protection standard.

Preprocessing

  • If water hardness is high, relative process and technology are needed to lower the water hardness.
  • Ang Yang filtration technology is needed.
  • If COD is high, water oxidation process is needed.

Water Reuse

  • Use RO concentration technology to reuse the water.
  • The concentrated sewage water is evaporated to get solid waste, then professionally treated as per relative environment protection policy.

SiC Ultra Filtration Technology

  • Transmembrane pressure difference is within 0.02 Mpa, with much lower energy consumption.
  • Self cleaning technology ensures 10 years lifetime.
  • Compared with polymer organic material membrane, the poriness reaches 45%, with 5 times higher liquid flux.
  • Strong chemical stability with available PH scope 0 ~ 14.
  • 100 ℃ high temperature water is available.

This project is for a fortune 500 pharmaceutical customer, AYG is asked by customer to lower down the water turbidity, before the water enters the Reverse Osmosis process.

As per the testing data from third party water testing company, the water turbidity is 11.50NTU, after using AYG Water Treatment Technology, the turbidity is effectively decreased to 0.20NTU.
