Beam Pumping Unit
Beam pumping unit is a conventional pumping unit with long history, mature technology and low cost. After more than 10 years of continuous improvement, the AYG Beam Pumping Unit model is more efficient than conventional beam pumping unit.
Compared with the conventional beam pumping unit, the AYG pumping unit changes the counterweight block position from crank to beam rear, with barbell type. When the beam pumping unit head drives the sucker rod to move up and down, the gravity sensor on the pumping unit sends out digital signal to guide the rear barbell counterweight device to change its position based on the sucker rod motion, adjusting the counterweight automatically, and reducing the waste of power in the beam pumping unit.
