Oilfield Slush Pump
The oilfield slush pump is a very important component of oilfield drilling system. In normal circulation drilling process, it sends the cleaning liquid (water, slurry or other types of cleaning liquid) from earth surface to drill bit bottom, through the high-pressure hose, faucet and the center hole of the drill rod / string, under a specific pressure, in order to cool the drill bit, remove and transport the rock debris to the earth surface.
The oilfield slush pump is piston or plunger type, the crankshaft of the slush pump is rotated by the power engine, and the crankshaft drives the piston or plunger to reciprocate in the pump cylinder through the cross head. To achieve the purpose of pressing and circulating cleaning liquid by the alternating motion of suction and discharge valves.
