(1) The traction belt of the pumping unit is made of steel wire and nylon rubber composite. The connection of the traction belt with sucker rod is splint pin and adjustable nut. And the length of the connect joint can be adjusted.

(2) According to the pump hanging depth and pump type of the downhole pump, the weight of the pump, it can start trial operation by pushing the button in the control system of the operating electrical appliances to move the counterweight box upward. If the electromotor is difficult to drive, gradually adjust the weight until the drive is steady.

(3) After confirming that the top and bottom running of the counterweight box and the position of the top and bottom dead centers of the rod of the sucker rod are correct, the normal working operation can be carried out.

(4) When starting the internal counterweight box up and down after removal of traction force, it should be carried out at a slow speed.

(1) After install completed, it is necessary to strictly check the correctness and reliability of the transmission system and connection structure. Then the machine can be started five minutes for test, before normal work.

(2) The guide wheel is made of cast nylon and does not need grease lubrication.

(3) There are sufficient greases in the transition wheel bearings, enough for one year.

(4) New install machine within 24 hours should be observed and recorded its working condition at any time. And it is necessary to stop and inspect in time if any abnormality is found. After confirmation of normal, the machine can be restarted.

(5) After 72 hours of operation, it is necessary to stop the machine and check every component, structure connection part, fixing point of machine base, power supply wire, electronic control box, etc.

(6) After seven days of operation, it is necessary to stop the machine and check the transmission parts, the guide counterweight mechanism, connecting fastening parts and the suspension traction system, etc.

(7) The machine body should be painted anti-corrosion and anti-rust paint on the surface according to the requirements of environmental protection on site.

Except the electrical control system needs to be installed on the production site, the other transmission, traction mechanism and components are installed before leaving the factory. The machine base and machine body are dismantled during transportation. Machine base needs to be adjusted on site and connected to machine body after fixation. Then, adjust the center of the traction belt and the sucker rod aligning.

(1) The cement foundation shall be tampered and installed according to the requirements of the foundation drawings, and it require solid and level.

(2) Fixing the cement foundation which made of cement and reinforced concrete, on the building foundation. The level of the upper plane of the cement base shall not exceed 5 mm, height equal to wellhead flange. And it shall not be greater than 10mm with the wellhead center.

(3) After the cement foundation is installed, the lower body can be vertically suspended on the cement base. Pay attention to prevent the screw part of the foundation bolt from being damaged when lifting the base. After the lower body of the whole machine is installed, it can connect with the upper body.

(4) Lift the rod up and adjust the anti-impulse distance by using operation machine, then fix it on the wellhead with square clips.

(5) Confirm the transmission system electronically correct after the electrical control box energized.

(6) In the condition of the traction belt inside the tower of pumping unit is not connected with the counterweight box, point the powertrain to adjust the external traction belt align with the center of the wellhead rod, deviation shall not exceed 10mm. Then tighten the nuts of all foot bolts. After that, point the powertrain to move the external traction belt up to the top dead point. Then connect the internal counterweight box with the joint of the internal traction belt by using the internal rope hanger.

(7) After confirming that the two ends of the traction belt are connected correctly and the stroke and stroke time are correct, it can be ran at low speed to check whether the connection between traction belt and rod of pumping unit and internal counterweight box are in correct state. If there is any difference, adjust the connecting nuts at both ends of the traction belt.

(8) After the confirmation of the test operation, it is necessary to adjust the stroke speed and length of the rod according to the well condition and the requirements of oil production technology, and then the pumping unit will enter normal operation.
